Join author David Dominé on the 16th annual Victorian Ghost Walk

It’s Ghost Walk time and David Dominé is ready for his 16th annual outdoor theater production. The Victorian Ghost Walk returns on Friday, October 18, Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20.

The location of the walk will be Old Louisville, one of the most haunted neighborhoods in America. With performances written by Dominé and directed by local actor, educator and comedian Keith McGill, this part-walking tour, part-porch party will bring together local talent and guests to share spooky tales of Old Louisville. Funds from the event will be used to showcase the Old Louisville Preservation District and will be donated to the South Fourth Street Association.

There are 12 tours each evening starting at 6:00 PM at the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum. Tours depart every 15 minutes and last approximately two hours.

The actors of this event will be familiar faces: Jennie Bowman, a young woman attacked by burglars in her employer’s residence on Brook Street, Lucinda, a grieving madwoman who in 1885 claimed to be the Queen of America, and millionaire Alfred Victor DuPont, whose his lover sent him, according to legend, the lord’s residence.

New ghosts will join the cast, including Susan Look Avery, a suffragist and philanthropist from Louisville, who will tell the story of the haunting of the Pink Palace on St. JamesCourt.
