Benson Boone will perform in Indianapolis on Tuesday night, exactly one month before Taylor Swift arrives on her Eras Tour in Indianapolis. Boone performed for her at one of her London concerts in the summer.

Who is Benson Boone?

Boone is a 22-year-old American singer-songwriter from Monroe, Washington. His most popular song, “Beautiful Things,” topped the Billboard Global 200 Charts for several weeks.

At the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, he was nominated for Best New Artist, but lost to Chappell Roan.

He performed his hit “Beautiful Things” at the VMAs and is known for performing acrobatic maneuvers during his performances.

The singer opened for Taylor Swift during her August 17 performance at Wembley Stadium in London. It was one of her eight Wembley appearances during The Eras Tour.

During the MTV VMAs, he told Billboard about the experience and how much he admires Swift.

“She’s amazing, she’s so nice, everything she does, everything she touches turns to gold, so I was just happy to be a part of one show,” Boone said.

Boone will play at the Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park on Tuesday, October 1 at 8 p.m.
