Bill Belichick discusses the struggles of the Jacksonville Jaguars

The iconic head coach confirmed a fact that the Jaguars have been reporting on SI since the problems began – quarterback Trevor Lawrence is NO problem. It’s a team fight. In the second defense, the defense was injury-riddled and weak, and play calling and communication on offense were poor.

Even Pederson criticized the team’s inability to finish games during his Monday media appearance.

Then defensively we couldn’t get off the pitch. the defense played great in the second half – I think it was five passes, five punts – it was that one drive where we couldn’t get off the field and make enough plays. Again, these are the things that helped us win these matches.”

There have been reports that Pederson and CEO Trent Baalke’s relationship is strained. Given the current situation, Pederson and Baalke may be on loan at Duval.
