Author Amy J. Schultz is hosting a three-hour pop-up sale and signing of her book, “Mumentous,” hosted by Sugarboo & Co. “Mumentous,” an award-winning book that is a collection of original photos and stories about the stories of homecoming moms across the Lone Star State.

A tribute to British-American rock band Fleetwood Mac, Fleetwood X will showcase the band’s 1970s style and perform songs such as “Dreams”, “Don’t Stop”, “Go Your Own Way” and “The Chain”.

Manhattan Short Film Festival

With over 500 locations worldwide, the Manhattan Short Film Festival is hosting its 27th annual film festival. Attendees will watch and rate the films submitted, then vote on the Best Picture and Best Actor awards. Finalists will be eligible for the 2025 Oscars. Attendees can bring in a same-day receipt from any Grapevine restaurant to receive free popcorn from the buffet. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the theater.

Hello Kitty Cafe Truck Pop-up

Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is coming to Southlake, and its menu will feature desserts and baked goods, as well as Sanrio products to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary.

National Coming Out Night

Colleyville celebrates first responders with its annual National Night Out. Colleyville Police, Fire Departments, and other agencies will be on hand with their specialized vehicles, security and SWAT vehicles for residents to tour. The festivities will also include food, games, and activities for families to participate in.

Registration for the 18th edition of Celebrity Chefs has started

Tickets are available for the Jan. 11 event hosted by Mid-Cities Supporters of SafeHaven, which supports women and children affected by domestic violence. The nonprofit will bring in chefs to provide a wine pairing and dinner. Attendees can also bid on live auction packages and silent auction items.
