Xavier Worthy’s blinding speed on first-career TD wowed Tyreek Hill and the NFL world

It didn’t take long for Kansas City Chiefs’ prized rookie Xavier Worthy to find himself in the end zone in his NFL debut.

Worthy’s speed was on display on the Chiefs’ opening drive of the game when Andy Reid and company devised a brilliant move to get the ball into his hands. After faking a pass to Isiah Pacheco, he threw the ball to Worthy, who raced through the defense and cut hard upfield.

Worthy broke through the Baltimore Ravens defense and into the end zone to score his first NFL touchdown and his first touchdown of the season for Kansas City.

It was immediately clear how much of a threat Worthy could be to the Chiefs’ attack, and their creative play led to an absolutely electrifying try on the rookie’s first touch of the ball.

NFL fans and even some of the league’s biggest stars have expressed their disbelief at Worthy’s speed on social media, and even star sprinter Tyreek Hill couldn’t help but comment.
