NBC Analysts Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison Praise Derrick Henry Ahead of Opening Night with Ravens

NBC analysts Tony Dungy, coach of the Super Bowl-winning Indianapolis Colts, and Rodney Harrison, linebacker of the Super Bowl-winning New England Patriots, both praised Derrick Henry.

“He’s going to bring that mentality,” Dungy said. “(The Ravens) ran the ball only 16 times in the AFC championship game. The Ravens can’t do that again, and Derrick Henry won’t let them.”

Harrison said the Ravens will look to throw the ball as much as possible, but Henry needs to be a leader in the running game to keep the offense effective.

“He brings size, he brings intimidation,” Harrison said. “They want to let Lamar throw and win the MVP; but to win a Super Bowl, you have to put your hands on the ground and run with the ball. They can definitely do that with Derrick Henry.”
