Let’s take a look at the first injury report of the season for the Seattle Seahawks.

The Seattle Seahawks released their first injury report of the season after practice on Wednesday afternoon.

Two Seattle players did not participate in practice, and four were limited. Per NFL protocol, the Seahawks will release two more practice reports on Thursday and Friday ahead of Sunday’s season opener against the Denver Broncos.

Here’s a summary of Seattle’s report:

• Outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu (knee) did not participate in practice. Nwosu sprained his medial collateral ligament in his knee during the Seahawks’ preseason finale against the Cleveland Browns on Aug. 24. According to an Aug. 26 social media post from ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Nwosu was expected to miss two to six weeks. Seattle did not place Nwosu on the disabled list, which requires players to remain on the list for at least four weeks. That seems to indicate the Seahawks believe Nwosu has a chance to return before Week 5.

• Tight end Pharaoh Brown (foot) did not play in the game. Brown has been sidelined with a foot injury he suffered during a practice with the Tennessee Titans on Aug. 15.

Tight end Noah Fant (toe) had limited practice opportunities. Since the beginning of August, Fant has been struggling with a toe problem.

Wide receiver Tyler Lockett (thigh) was limited in his options. Lockett has been struggling with a thigh problem since mid-August.

Safety Rayshawn Jenkins (calf) was limited. Jenkins reportedly suffered the injury during training on August 21.

Outside linebacker Dre’Mont Jones (hamstring injury) was limited. Jones was sidelined for almost all of training camp and the preseason.
