Gabe Gibbs at Laugh Boston

Emerson College graduate Gabe Gibbs returns to Boston with a comedy musical featuring parodies of popular numbers as well as original songs. Bostonians can see the performance one time only on Thursday, September 12th at 8:00 PM at local comedy club Laugh Boston.

Celebration in the square

Boston City Hall Plaza is at it again with another great free community event. This time, it’s Fiesta en la plaza, which celebrates Latino Heritage Month with hours of programming, including music, art and film screenings, culminating in a salsa dance party. It will take place at Boston City Hall Plaza from September 15-27.

Cirque de la Symphonie: Cirque goes to the cinema

This is for symphony, film and circus lovers. Join the Boston Pops and Cirque de la Symphonie for an evening of jaw-dropping acrobatics set to classic film soundtracks at Symphony Hall on Friday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m.
