UofL football moves into Top 25 polls

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – After a blowout win in the season opener against Austin Peay, the Louisville Cardinals have moved into two Top 25 polls this week.

The Cardinals (1-0) defeated the Governors 62-0 Saturday afternoon. That victory saw them move into the number 22 spot in the AP Top 25 and the number 24 spot in the College football coaches poll.

Louisville remains home this weekend for a Saturday afternoon matchup against Jacksonville State. Kickoff is set for 3:30 pm at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium.
