Noreen Gail (Keller) Foster, 80, of Arthur City, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at Baylor Heart & Vascular Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled a graveside service for 11:00 AM Saturday, September 7 at the Pavilion of Forest Chapel, 5475 Farm Road 197, Arthur City, TX 75411. Pastor Mike Redus will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Mrs. Foster, daughter of Charles Keller and Opal McMahan Keller, was born on September 8, 1943, in Chicota, Texas.

She attended Chicota School. After graduating, she moved to Dallas where she worked for many years. In 1989, she and her husband Charlie Bailey Foster returned to Lamar County. Charlie preceded her in death after 55 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her father Charles Keller, mother Opal McMahan Keller Sanders, granddaughter Isabell Young and sister Wanda Keller.

She is survived by her daughter Andrea Young and her husband Phillip, her grandson Collin Young, her brother Royce Keller, and three sisters, Joan Sipes and her husband Paul, Dora Williams and her husband Michael, and Marlene Phillips, as well as several nephews and nieces and many friends.

Honorary pallbearers will be Phillip Young, Collin Young, Westley Tyler, Ben Brown and Bobby Spencer.
