Missing 95-year-old man threatened with extinction alert issued

An alert has been issued for a missing 95-year-old man who is suspected of having cognitive impairment.

According to Charlotte Mecklenburg police, Henderson Jackson Jr. was believed to be driving a 2009 Volvo passenger car.

He was spotted by FLOCK cameras Monday morning driving on Charlotte Highway 49 into York County.

Jackson has brown eyes, is bald and weighs 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a baseball cap and black tennis shoes.
