Man dies in hospital after being found shot in Louisville’s Shelby Park neighborhood

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in the Shelby Park neighborhood. LMPD spokesman John Bradley said the shooting was reported Sunday just before midnight in the 1200 block of South Shelby Street.

When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot multiple times. He was taken to University of Louisville Hospital, where he died from his injuries. LMPD said there are no known suspects at this time.
