Lamar Jackson to Appear in Michael Vick’s Documentary on Evolution of Black Quarterback

Michael Vick, executive producer is coming to a TV screen near you thanks to a collaboration between the former number one and SMAC Productions-Fubo Studios.

NFL on Prime Video has announced a new, eight-episode docuseries by Vick about the evolution of the black quarterback in America, which will premiere on September 24.

In the documentary series, he will interview players and coaches including Patrick Mahomes, Cam Newton, Warren Moon, Doug Williams, Tony Dungy and Andy Reid.

This is the first project from the newly established Fubo Studios.

The Fox NFL analyst and his wife, Kijafa Vick, Constance Schwartz-Morini of SMAC Productions and David Gandler and Pamela Duckworth of Fubo Studios are serving as executive producers. Fred Anthony Smith, vice president of unscripted programming at SMAC Entertainment, is set to direct and produce the series.
